All this summer, Gallucci’s will be holding Italian Food Seminars at our store, featuring talks, samples, and Q&A sessions! The first session will held be this Saturday, June 6th, and will feature Cheese From Northern Italy: Asiago Fresco, Asiago Forte, Crucola, & Parmigiano Reggiano. There will be events at 10:00AM, 11:00AM, 12:00PM, and 1:00PM. Topics discussed will include origins, production, recipes and suggested pairings.
